Refined flours and sugars, highly acidic products, sweets, sodas, and dark brewed drinks can all turn that bright white into a pale yellow. Drink Plenty of Healthy Fluids and JuicesSecondly, water and healthy fruit and vegetable juices can have the opposite effect and actually help to break up and wash away the particles which are settling on your teeth and turning down the volume on your smile. Rinsing with water or mouthwash after snacking is also helpful.
